Whats Going on in the Life of the Ward's
This Blog is the update's on what's happening in our life
The Set Up Of GodThe Lord is more committed to our highest calling then we will ever be. As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. Is 55:9 In our greatest attempt to figure out how it will all look and what we are to do to fulfill what God has for us it never ends up being what we thought it was. In moving to Pasadena and pioneering a new work there has been so many days of insecurity and wondering what I am doing. In many way’s I still don’t know but I can say is that I have never been more convinced that I am doing exactly what I am meant to do. Over the years of following the Lord on this journey I am continually amazed how He is doing far more then I can presently see and how He is setting me up for the greatest victory’s that lead’s to walking in greater authority. I know He is doing it now!! EkballoFrom March 1 to April 9 we where in the 40 day Ekballo fast here led by Lou Engel in Mott Auditorium. YWAM, The Call, and US Center for World Missions joining with 6 nights a week of open meetings and daily prayer and worship sets with amazing bible study 6 days a week. On the 40th night I was amazed by all the Lord did in our hearts and true unity that formed a 3 strand chord all wanting to see Jesus receive His reward. I deeply love the people God has called usto partner with here. I believe history will tell of the fruit that came from praying that the Lord of the Harvest would Ekballo (send) labors in to the harvest field. Matt 9:38 Out and AboutIn March I also went and taught in Greenville, NC in the Fascinate school. I saw the Lord move in some of the most powerful freedom I have seen. I just love the community there. I also taught in Las Vegas to the entire YWAM base and was apart of seeing the Lord really shift things into a new season for YWAM Las Vegas. In April I was Tokyo, Japan teaching in Fire & Fragrance and then I had the honor of attending the North/South/Central America YWAM base leaders gathering in Panama. This was a historical event as we gathered and worshiped, prayed, strategized, and fellowshipped together. I was sohumbled and honored as I was commissioned by the YWAM leaders of my region in North America. Friendship’s deepened with YWAM leaders and new one’s where made. There was some YWAM legend’s there speaking and I was reminded and humbled by the foundations I am standing on. I am honored to be one of the next generation YWAM leaders and carrying on what other’s have given their lives for in the kingdom. I also realized its pretty rare to be a single woman base leader especially under the age of 40. Like I have said before I am the 5th generation of pioneering woman in my family, I guess its in my DNA. The TeamI am continually amazing by the team I have. We have have been really learning to live out the culture or revival and its revolutionized our lives. I am so proud of them. Every time I travel and come back and see there continued breakthrough and fruit I feel like a proud mamma. They are amazing world changer's. We have had some changes on the team with one of our guys Aaron Engle felt like God was calling him back home to serve with his parents. Though its never easy to see people go its always good for people to be where they find life. God provided another amazing guy, and a few weeks ago Zach Nash joined our team. We are excited to have him. In a few days we are also saying goodbye to Kateland Hilty as she heads to Sophia, NC to join Jonathan & Melissa Helser's community in doing a school and to be with her boyfriend. We will miss her greatly, but its all apart of the journey. We have also had the Fire & Fragrance DTS outreach team with us and that has been great. Our crew is doing amazing! Kona & SurgeryI was just in Kona where I was speaking in the Awaken DTS there and then I headed to Honolulu again for a 3rd surgery, and then back to Kona for a few more days of recovery. My time in Kona was amazing as I feel like I received so much more clarity of where I am at and where I am going. The unique thing about the Pasadena base is that it is an extension of Kona and is Fire & Fragrance Pasadena. We where dreaming and praying about what God wants to do here, and I am so excited for what’s to come. I will keep you posted. As I looked back on the last five years and to the next ten I was hit with how thankful I am for the community I am in and my relationship with Andy & Holly Byrd and the others in our family. I would never want to do this without them! My 3rd surgery went well. I was only under about 3 hours this time and so far recovery is going well. My friend Kat Hobin came with me and took good care of me. My doctor’s and nurses still say they have never had a patient like me in their entire career. I have broken all their records in not a good way, but I have made it through. Still praying NO infection as that has always been the issue. I think a lot you know I ended up with another infection from the last surgery in March and had to emergency care. Its only been a week so I am still pretty sore and bruised and having some emotional effects but it will pass. Appreciate all your prayer's. As of now I am not planning on anymore surgeries. There is one more that could be needed but I am going to hold off. Just trying to accept things now for what they are, and move on with my life. Things did not turn out like I had hoped but it’s still better then it was. I am thankful. I Need Your SupportI am always in need of continued monthly support. With moving to California my monthly living expenses has increased quite a bit. I have a lot of travel ahead of me for Circuit Riders and still some medical bills from everything that has happened. If you would like to give or become a monthly Supporter you can give tax deductible HERE Or you can give on paypal HERE What's Next
