In November I moved from Kona to Pasadena, CA to plant a YWAM community at the US Center for World Missions. Seven of us embarked on this journey really not knowing what it would look like or but confident that the Lord was sending us. It has been real pioneering as we rented two unfurnished houses from the US Center. We have had to pray and trust the Lord for literally everything. Over the last couple months we watched God provide beds, couches, tables, food, appliances, and even fresh flowers. We had a few words of the Lord and we wrote them out and even painted them on our wall's to remind us everyday what the Lord has spoken. Our house became our prayer room, offices, community center, ministry hub and everything else. Day after day we where challenged to lay down everything, every entitlement we had to simply say “yes” to Jesus and walk in faith for what He was asking us to do. There where tears and wrestling, but as we sat around our dinner table and eating the food that God provided there was so much laughter and joy and we came together in this place of brokenness and dependence on Jesus we became a family of faith. The Lord has been faithful and good to us.

Over the last few months some things have become clearer and other things are yet to be revealed. The first thing the Lord told us to do was build relationship with the US Center for World Missions. Our first way of doing this is we have weekly lunches with the elders and this has been a highlight as we sit around eating and fellowshipping with these missionary legends. We started going to the richest/deepest bible study with the community on Wed mornings. We love it! Relationship and trust is being built and a convergence is happening. These things take time and we are excited for what will come of it all.

The other area that has been huge is in December along with a group from the CALL that is with Lou Engle started worshiping and praying in the historical Mott Auditorium 4 days a week. We where this small little group in this huge building praying and believing for a House of Prayer to be raised up from that place unto the revival in America and harvesters being sent into the hardest and darkest nations of the earth. God was moving and March 1&2 we saw a fulfillment as the place was filled with young people for the Wilder Conference. We saw hundreds of people flood the altars giving their lives to Jesus to GO to the nations not matter the cost!

Our community is also coming along side another extension of our Circuit Rider family in Orange County as they are going after revival on the University’s in Southern California.

We are starting to partner with Expression58 a church my good friends Shawn & Cheri Bolz, and Jennifer & Jonatan Toledo are pastors. Its becoming more of our community’s church. We also partner with other churches and ministries as the Lord opens the doors of relationship.

On top of all of that we have seen some amazing things happen and doors open. From seeing someone get out of a wheelchair, people getting saved, God moving in church’s, amazing divine appointments, Jesus doing what He does through our “yes”. It has not been easy, but it has been good! It has been transforming, and life changing!

WHATS COMING NOWTomorrow starts the Ekballo 40 Day Fast with day and night worship/prayer in Mott Auditorium.  We believe this is going to be a historical shifting time! Lou Engle moved back to Pasadena yesterday and we will be partnering and running with him. I am very excited about this, as the Lord has spoken to me personally about this relationship with Lou and Therese.

We are running along side what the Circuit Rider’s are doing right now on University campus’s called the STRIKE TOUR.

Continuing to build relationship and partner with the US Center for World Missions.
At the end of the month we are hosting an outreach team from the Fire & Fragrance DTS in Kona.
We are a looking toward this summer with the LA Circuit Rider School in July along with some other exciting things. I believe our community will be growing quite a bit in number as we move into summer.

ON A PERSONAL LEVELAs most of you know when I left Kona I had just had major surgery with a lot of complications. I dealt with those complications this entire time. On March 3rd I flew back to Kona and taught in the largest Fire & Fragrance DTS for a week and then flew over to Honolulu and had another major 10 our surgery. It went so much better and there has been no compilation’s this time, Praise the LORD!  Tomorrow I head back to Pasadena. Being here in Kona is great, but I realized in being here that Pasadena is now my home and I have missed my community there so much!

In Dec I got to go home for Christmas and see family and meet my new niece. It’s always good to go back to Alaska.

These last few months have been some of the hardest, but through it all the Lord has been so faithful to me! Yesterday I turned 33 and I am believing this year marks a new chapter in my journey.
I do come back to Kona in May to teach and have another surgery but this time its should be pretty minor compared to the last two. Only 4 hours or so this time ha ha.

Prayer and Provision
I am always in need of continued monthly support. With moving to California my monthly living expenses has increased quite a bit.

Recovery from surgery. I still have about a month left of recovery from this one. Especially over my emotion and heart, it’s been pretty rough.

Then health for future surgery.

Provision for our community in Pasadena.

Prayer for all we are doing right now!

If you would like to give or become a monthly Supporter you can give tax deductible HERE
