Whats Going on in the Life of the Ward's
This Blog is the update's on what's happening in our life
This last week of outreach was my favorite so far in terms of ministry. I wrote an update letter last week telling you all about my visit with the Chief. That was amazing. Well the rest of the week our team was asked to speak at a youth camp. In Fiji the kids our on spring break. There is only one other student on our team that has ever preached before. So I will be honest I was nervous as we went. Our leader did not go with us as he felt he was not to go and he had other things to do. So we spoke two full days. On Tuesday there where 5 of us students and one of the students children. Three of us gave our testimony's. I was the last to speak on that day. I gave my testimony and then I just started ministering in the way the Lord leads me. Holy Spirit came. Angels came. I started singing and inviting the young people to encounter God. They did. Many where weeping as they poured their heart out to the Lord and the Lord ministered to them. It was a very powerful time. It was also very powerful as some of my fellow students stepped out and gave their testimony and spoke. Everyone left very encouraged and excited. When we went back a day later a few more students spoke for the first time. It was very good. People encountered the Lord again. We left for lunch and came back. When we came back it was just two other students and myself with two of the young people (students and staffs kids) from our team. I spoke on healing. I asked people who needed healing in their bodies to stand. I had the young people around them pray and our team pray. There where about 5 people standing for healing. All five of them got healed. The youngest student on our my team (David) was the one God used the most in the area of healing. He was so excited! Praise Jesus! Backs, knees, stomachs. Powerful! Then I brought the team up to sit with my on the stage and I was prophesying over them and a couple of the the team prophesied as well. A couple of the students started pointing at my mouth. Silver dust started coming on my lips. Then another students had it and then on our arms. I have seen this many times in meetings but I have never really had it on me like that. So we invited the Lord again and I sang and we started praying for people. It got really crazy. Two of our girls where praying for a lady and she manifested a demon and she got set free and healed. Guys where being broken who had been from horrible backgrounds and a lot of pain was coming out. People where laid out everywhere. It was a very powerful move of God. What I was the most excited about was our team. One girl was 14 that prayed for the lady with demon. Crazy times. We where all in awe of what God did. So I was very encouraged and excited! Our whole team was very encouraged. I have not seen that much power of God in a place in a long time. It was amazing!
