I Am Finally Doing It....

After all these years of people telling me I should record an album, I am finally doing it!  
There are a couple things I am doing but let me tell you about the album first.
It has always been a desire and dream to one day record an album that captures my sound and the spontaneous flow of encounter and breakthrough. I finally have some time and some amazing friends who are willing to help me. So on September 6th I am flying to Albany, Oregon to record with my friends, Michael and Angela Pinkston’s and Stephen Pettyjohn.  We are going to do a live recording and I am excited to capture what will come out of this time! As you might guess to do a project like this takes finances. With all the medical and living a life of missions I have not been able to save for this, but I know NOW IS THE TIME!!! My friend Stephen is giving me a incredible deal on recording, mixing and mastering. Then comes the artwork and duplication. So I need to raise $2500 for the first phase and about another $1000 for the duplication. So a total of about $3500.  I know so many people believe in the sound inside of me and I am asking you all now to partner with me and see the finances raised in the next couple weeks.
As many of you know I have been in ministry most of my life and in the last 4 years its has been full on. I have led 6 schools, outreaches, traveled to different nations, spoke in many schools and ministered to thousands of people. On top of all the ministry I have been in a battle over my health and life. I have come to realize that my body and heart need a rest. So I have sought the Lord and got the blessing of leadership to take a sabbatical this fall. I have never done that in all these years and I think it might be time! Its challenging to for me to be ok with it but I am getting excited. In the area of my health I believe that death has lost its hold on me. I have gotten my weight down to a place that brings me life. There are so many things I have been able to do and I have the ability to go to nations and enjoy my life so much more. So for the first stage of this sabbatical is to go record this album. I have had this dream for many years of going to Europe and especially the Celtic nations. I believe that I have a call to this region of the world and the Lord has put something in me for these nations and Europe that will awaken them. So for the first time I am planning travel to these places on a scouting trip, praying, studying and ministering as I go. I believe this is a divine time for me. So on top of needing to raise finances for the album I need to raise finances for this trip. I am not sure the total cost as I plan to just journey with the Lord and visit our communities and teams and connect and I am not sure the amounts yet for all the airfare, travel, housing, living expenses. But I believe that the Lord put this dream in me and that its time to GO. So I am asking all those who I have journeyed with and poured into if you would pray about being apart of this with me.

As I have been obedient to the Lord on my journey I believe that now is the time to walk out some of my dreams and time of rest, discovery, and life. Thank you for loving and supporting me and being apart of this journey with me.
